Swensen's.....

Had an advanced birthday dinner with Reza, Huda, Jiji and also the other bday gal, Aisha... So nice of Jiji, and Reza to plan that... I am touched and you guys made my day, or rather birthday... Had a nice "surprise" supposedly, and another wonderful not-so-surprising news. Happy for you guys and excited too... heheh.

Anyway, went for my first pilates class, late due to work... Urghh, had to happen when I have other things. When I am free and all, they dun wanna give me work to do which requires me to stay late. But pilates 1st class was kinda fun and not yet tough. We learnt some breathing methods and basic neutral spine position... Still have to practise on the 2nd breathing style. Nak kena breathe and expand the ribs outwards, without losing our neutral spine position and we did that with our hands on the ribs. Supposedly when you exhale all the air, the hands are to meet, without you actually moving your hands... Sounds complicated? Well, it is right Aisha? Looking forward to the next class. The instructor was a fun guy who likes to talk.

After that, we were brought to Swensen's where we ate alot... and I have yet to burn that much calories during pilates, baru breathing ajer... hahah. Thanks for the ice-cream cake. Sedappp....... Shall post the pix when I am actually free. That reminds me, I haven't been updating my fotopages....
