I have lost a further 3kg, which makes my total loss 13kg... How much more to go? Ideally, I would like to lose another 9kg (like hah), but realistically about 6kg would be good... These last few kgs won't be so easy to lose man. So after I am all okay, I shall start to exercise? *ponders* Maybe start back swimming.. What if I forgot what I have learnt?? Better not let GG's effort go to waste. Need to think how to fit in swimming into my schedule...
