Was at Yishun for the weekend. Busu suggested borrowing my uncle's car to send her daughter to MKS for class. The catch - I drive. Hmmm... not being familiar with Cik Khalid's car, I was sort of nervous... but it was ok after that. Auto-car lah, I am used to driving manual car.
Anyway, never expected myself to be driving around Singapore, cos me and directions dun get along that well. But together with my co-pilot (my dearest cuz), from Yishun I sent my aunty to Bishan, headed down to Marine Parade, ECP, Bedok and back to Yishun, before I fetched my aunt from Bishan again. All happened so fast and I had no time to eat my Chicken Pita.. But I do enjoy driving and I felt like an adult. Not that I am not, just that usually, with aunties around to pamper you, you feel a lot younger, still like the kids in the family.
I definitely dun like the roads leading to Paya Lebar, they'd better do something about it... (Who the heck I think I am?!) Ooohh, and I did a lot of parking (four times - record in a day) I seldom parked you see so I am quite proud of myself.
My dearest Busu is thinking of borrowing Cik Khalid's car every month...
