Packed long weekend...

Well, as you know it was a long weekend. Planned to relax and rest but ended up doing more than I expected.

As usual Saturdays, had tuition. Was one of the most peaceful class ever had. Only 2 students came down, the rest I assume "resting" ah after exams. So I could have the lesson in peace. Before that, met Abg Shah in the morning to be one of his sureties for his NIE thingy (is that how you spell, guarantor lah). Me being the forgetful one, never bring my IC, luckily got driving license. Had lunch with him. Long time never hang out with him (think eversince 3rd year in NUS) He is gonna bring me to see my childhood crush. Guess who? ;p

Then went to nenek house, watched this malay show, "Bakal Mentua" (Prospective in-law), so funny. This guy, Bahrom, was going out with this girl Shida, and was trying to please the very difficult mum of hers, so that he could marry her. (FYI, the mum had chased many people who had asked for the daughters hand and she is damn fierce) In the end, his mum fell in love with him, and he too developed feeling for the mum. Aiyoh... so funny. The daughter found out but kept it a secret and played along. So Bahrom was supposed to marry her and they went to buy all the things for the wedding and on the actual day itself, his mum wanted to put on the ring on this Shida, but she took the ring and put it on her mum. Bahrom's mum was like, "Ah ni bukan menantu, ni hantu" (Meaning:This is not in-law, this is monster) What a scene man, but when the guy found out, he was beaming man. His mum fainted cos she doesn't want someone who is of her age to marry her son plus she never really get on well with this lady. Next Saturday, there wiil be a sequel to this show.

Then, from Nenek house on Sunday, I headed for Aaron's sis wedding. Not supposed to help, GG said just sit there look pretty, but I felt bad sitting there not doing anything. Plus, there was only Raudhah withe me, so we decided to make ourselves useful. It was a hot day man, plus the shoes we wore did not help make it any better. Had I known, I would have worn slippers. Anyway, now I felt like I have worked out my arms. Nearing the end of the day, we joined the "grandies and the aunties" association. Getting life insights from these people, including Aisha's active grandma.

Then I rushed back to pack my stuff, with the whole evening's plan yet to be confirmed, still awaiting Jiej's call... But had a great evening/night/morning with Jiej, Aisha and Zakiah. Went karaoke, watched Veer-Zara halfway, had brunch at Fig & Olives. That one night and morning felt like we were on a holiday in KL. With the photo-taking, quality brunch, ice-cream at NYDC, night karaoke... hahah.

That doesn't end here for me, as I have to rush back for some high tea at Tepak Sireh which Ameen invited me and GG to. Some business talks. Ustaz Ismail Kamus (I have always liked his syarahan) and Megat Yusof Sharif (pakar motivasi, though he was too "on" and I wasn't really in the mood for such enthusiasm). Ustaz Ismail Kamus' short talk on business/trading gave me further motivation to start my own business. Really having serious thoughts on this.

Went shopping later, bought a Fila bag (for Kuantan ;p) which was on 20% discount. Had ice cream and that was where an idea formulated. Look out for more information. As of now, it is still in the planning phase.

Anyway, anyone knows where I can take accounting part-time?
