Every morning there's a halo hanging from the corner of my girlfriend's four-post bed... Hehe, suddenly thought of that song while thinking of my morning walks to the bus stop to take 190 every morning.
This is how the scenario is every morning.. As I walk along the pavement to the bus stop, I can hear the loud sound of someone's alarm clock ringing from one of the blocks. Every weekday morning without fail, there is that same sound as I walk along that stretch of road, at 7.50am. and the thing is the clock doesn't stop ringing even as I reach the bus stop. Imagine ah, the whole neighbourhood can hear but you can't. Confirm kena maki one..
I will always miss the bus and I can't be bothered to run cos in the morning the buses come quite frequent, so I will slowly stroll.. Furthermore, the journey to Balmoral Road is quite fast, compared to the other offices in Raffles and City Hall. So when I reach the bus stop it will be quite empty cos everyone has boarded the bus before. I will then just stand at the front of the bus stop and wait for my bus. Not even a minute after, when I turn around, suddenly there is a big crowd behind me. Amazing ah, how in that 1 minute all the people from all corners of Bkt Panjang suddenly come together (exaggerated).
Ok that's all for my morning walks... I kinda miss sitting at the Singapore River.
